This article marks the beginning of the Creative Leadership Forum. Further information, conversations, contributions, and event details will be published here as the Forum develops.
Leadership must be as creative and borderless as the challenges it faces.
The Creative Leadership Forum is an ongoing global conversation exploring what Creative Leadership needs to become in a world shaped by technological change, artificial intelligence, cultural complexity, shifting institutions, and increasingly interconnected challenges.
Rather than starting with a finished definition of Creative Leadership or a predetermined conference program, the Forum starts with questions. It brings together perspectives from academia and practice, across disciplines, cultures, industries, and organizations, to explore what Creative Leadership means today and what it may need to become.
The initiative will develop through contributions published here and two connected events.
Pathfinding Gathering: The First Conversation
A free online gathering in Autumn 2026 will bring together a small group of invited thinkers and practitioners to explore the questions, tensions, and perspectives that should help shape the Forum.
A wider audience will be invited to follow the conversation online.
Creative Leadership Forum Summit
The three-day Summit, planned for 2027, will take this exploration further through international dialogue, collaborative work, and practical experimentation.
Its program will develop from the ideas, contributions, and conversations leading up to the event.
The Conversation Starts Here
CreativeLeadershipForum.com is where this process begins.
Over the coming months, we will introduce contributors, publish perspectives and provocations, develop the two events, and gradually open the Forum to wider participation.
The Creative Leadership Forum is an initiative of the Creative Leadership Hub, founded by David Slocum and Akin Duyar.
