A free online gathering
The Pathfinding Gathering is the first event of the Creative Leadership Forum.
It is conceived as a small, curated online gathering of around ten invited thinkers and practitioners who will explore what Creative Leadership needs to address today and which questions should shape the continuing Forum.
The gathering deliberately begins without a finished agenda.
Rather than presenting predetermined answers, participants will bring different perspectives into conversation, question assumptions, identify tensions, and explore where new questions are emerging.
The discussion will draw on perspectives from different disciplines, sectors, professional practices, and cultural contexts.
A wider audience will be invited to attend the gathering online free of charge.
The purpose is not to finalize the Creative Leadership Forum Summit in one conversation. It is to begin a process of collective pathfinding and to identify themes and questions that deserve further exploration.
The insights emerging from the Pathfinding Gathering will contribute to the development of the Creative Leadership Forum Summit and to the wider conversation taking place through CreativeLeadershipForum.com. This follows the foundation process already envisioned for the Forum, where early contributions and an online convening help shape the thematic priorities of the later event.

Creative Leadership Forum Summit 2027
The Future of Creativity, Innovation, and Leadership
The Creative Leadership Forum Summit is the main three-day event of the Creative Leadership Forum.
It will bring together academics and practitioners, leaders and entrepreneurs, researchers and educators, and contributors from different industries, institutions, disciplines, and cultural contexts.
The Summit is designed as a space for dialogue, reflection, collaborative exploration, and practical experimentation. It connects academic and professional perspectives and brings different ways of thinking about leadership, creativity, innovation, and organizational practice into conversation.
Its exploration will currently revolve around three interconnected areas:
Rethinking Creative Leadership: How Creative Leadership must evolve as leadership realities change.
Leadership Across Cultures: What different cultural approaches to creativity, leadership, and problem-solving can teach one another.
Creative Leadership Methods and Tools: How ideas about Creative Leadership can be translated into practical capabilities, methods, technologies, and action.
These areas provide an initial frame rather than a fixed program.
The detailed agenda will develop through the contributions and conversations preceding the Forum, including the first online gathering.
The Forum is therefore designed not only as a place for presenting ideas, but as a place for developing them. Academic perspectives meet professional experience. Established thinking encounters emerging practice. Global viewpoints meet the realities of organizations and institutions.
The aim is to explore what Creative Leadership can contribute to the challenges leaders face today, and what Creative Leadership itself may need to become in response.

They are two connected stages of the Creative Leadership Forum.
The Pathfinding Gathering opens the conversation and helps surface the questions.
The Creative Leadership Forum Summit takes those questions further through a larger and more intensive international gathering.
CreativeLeadershipForum.com connects both events by providing a space where ideas, contributions, and emerging perspectives can develop before, between, and after them.
The Forum therefore begins before the Summit and is intended to continue beyond it.
