The Creative Leadership Forum is designed as a conversation that begins before the main event.
We do not want the Forum to be shaped only by a small organizing group or by a finished program developed behind closed doors. Its questions, themes, and perspectives should also emerge from the people who engage with Creative Leadership across different disciplines, industries, cultures, and professional contexts.
CreativeLeadershipForum.com provides a space for those contributions.
Selected essays, reflections, research, provocations, cases, methods, and emerging practices will become part of the developing conversation and may help inform the questions explored during the online gathering and the later Creative Leadership Forum.
What We Are Looking For
We are interested in contributions that help us think differently about leadership, creativity, innovation, and the conditions under which leaders operate today.
That can include perspectives that question established assumptions, introduce new research, reflect on practical experience, examine cultural differences, explore emerging technologies, or present methods and practices that may strengthen Creative Leadership.
We are particularly interested in contributions connected to the Forum’s three current areas of exploration:
Rethinking Creative Leadership: How should Creative Leadership evolve as organizations, institutions, technologies, and societies change?
Leadership Across Cultures: What can different cultural perspectives teach us about creativity, leadership, collaboration, and problem solving?
Creative Leadership Methods and Tools: Which methods, capabilities, practices, and technologies help leaders translate creative thinking into meaningful action?
These areas provide orientation, not boundaries. Contributions that challenge the current framing or introduce questions we have not yet considered are equally welcome.
Forms of Contribution
Contributions may take different forms, including:
Essays and opinion pieces
Research insights and emerging findings
Reflections from leadership and organizational practice
Cases and practical experiences
Provocations and critical perspectives
Methods, frameworks, and promising practices
Questions that deserve wider discussion
The aim is not to create another collection of generic leadership content.
We are looking for contributions that add a meaningful perspective to the evolving conversation around Creative Leadership.
Who Can Contribute
The Forum brings together perspectives from academia and practice.
We welcome contributions from researchers, professors, executives, entrepreneurs, practitioners, educators, public sector leaders, people working in culture and creative industries, and others whose experience or work can contribute to the exploration.
What matters is not a particular title or professional background.
What matters is the perspective you can bring.
How Contributions Become Part of the Forum
CreativeLeadershipForum.com is not separate from the events. It is part of the Forum process itself.
Contributions published here can introduce questions, ideas, tensions, and practices before the first gathering takes place.
The initial online gathering will then bring selected perspectives into direct conversation and help identify which questions deserve deeper exploration.
Those insights can subsequently inform the three-day Creative Leadership Forum and continue to evolve through further contributions afterward. This reflects the Forum concept in which the publication serves as a knowledge space across the pre-phase, the event itself, and the continuing work that follows.
A Curated Conversation
The Creative Leadership Forum is a curated conversation.
Submitting an idea or contribution does not automatically mean that it will be published. Contributions are selected according to their relevance to the Forum, the perspective they add, and their potential to advance the conversation.
We are particularly interested in work that opens questions rather than simply repeating established answers.
Different viewpoints are welcome.
So are disagreement, critique, and ideas that challenge how Creative Leadership itself is currently understood.
Because if Creative Leadership is to remain an evolving field, the conversation around it must be able to evolve as well.
Interested in Contributing?
If you have an idea, perspective, question, piece of research, practical experience, or emerging approach that could contribute to the Creative Leadership Forum, we would like to hear from you.
You do not need to arrive with a finished article.
Start with the idea you believe deserves to be part of the conversation.
