By bringing together perspectives from around the world, the Forum seeks to create meaningful learning across cultural boundaries and challenge existing assumptions about leadership practice.

Creative Leadership Methods and Tools

Ideas only become meaningful when they can create impact. This domain explores practical approaches and emerging capabilities, including Innovation Execution Leadership, Bias Awareness, Grit, Resilience, Heart-Based Leadership, and Agentic AI. Participants will have opportunities to test, discuss, and adapt these approaches within real organizational contexts.
